Jordan does incredible work and is super fast. My husband is a chef so has always sharpened his own knives but doesn't love to do it. I consider myself a fairly skilled sharpener, I have a good array of sharpening equipment and have been sharpening all my knives (which I collect), and tools on my farm for years. I was recently gifted a couple nice pocket knives that for the life of me, I couldn't get sharp. I tried all my methods several times with no luck. It was driving me nuts. I brought my knives to Jordan and explained what was happening. He diagnosed the issue as a combination of uneven factory grinds, poor heat treat and a burnt edge from the factory sharpening. He worked on the knives for a bit and when I got them back, they were scary sharp! I love these knives now

We love to cook (and eat) at home, and have invested in decent chef knives. On Site did an excellent job sharpening them, and the service was so affordable! Very happy we found them at the PB farmer’s market, we have had no success with any other knife sharpening service in North Kitsap. Great customer service, too. I highly recommend Jordan at On-Site Sharpening! While I was in town visiting, he came over and sharpened my parents knives and did an incredible job on them.
